Description

ENRICH4ALL aims to develop a multilingual e-government chatbot by integrating Machine Translation service eTranslation into an existing Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based chatbot technology. The chatbot will be deployed through a new platform and made available to the public administrations.

The developed service "eChat" will allow any interested user to interact with the chatbot in their mother tongue or in any language supported by the eTranslation service (plus Luxembourgish). The Machine Translation into and from Luxembourgish will be ensured by the NLP framework built by the Consortium, since eTranslation does not cover Luxembourgish. This will be performed through automatic translation of users’ input.
